Return Information?

We want you to be delighted with your shopping and amazed by our outstanding customer service. But if you unhappy in the slightest we would rather know about it. If you have an issue with your delivery, or to return a product or report a damaged product please email us at  orders@wildcountryorganics.com.com. We apologize for any issue you experienced with the products you ordered. 

With a little info, we can find your order and make things right. We try very hard to deliver your items to you in perfect condition. Please note that food and other perishable items  are not returnable and non-refundable but if you do receive any item  that are out of date on the date of arrival or the wrong item was shipped we will issue a replacement product free of charge.

This policy is set in line with US food handling regulations.
